Located in the commune of L'Entre-Deux, and nestled halfway up to the South West of Reunion, these holiday villas classified 4 stars and 4 clévacances and planted on a vast estate, will be an idyllic place for a pleasant stay vacation on the Island.
You will be in one of the most beautiful villages of Reunion, classified as a green holiday resort and labeled Creole village, recently classified by the I.R.T first Creole village (the one that best respects the specifications of Creole villages).
The warm sand of the nearest beaches is only waiting for you a 15-minute drive from our rental, you will put your towels on the first beaches of the almost deserted west (compared to the Mediterranean beaches) 30 minutes from the accommodation.
You will make the most of your holidays in time and your stay will be more intense. The Tree of Traveller's holiday accommodation is ideally placed to shine on most of the major tourist sites in Reunion.
Two must-sees of these sites: the Cilaos circus and the volcano are an hour from the vacation rental. The Piton de la Fournaise, one of the most active volcanoes in the world, has given us three breathtaking eruptions in 2015. See the videos on our Reunion region page.

THE VILLA
Our vacation rental is made up of a main villa F5, a villa F3 and a studio. These three holiday structures are independent with their equipment, a carport, a garden, a veranda, an individual entrance. This independence will be appreciated by the members of the group wishing a little more withdrawal, such as families with children, senior couples wanting to remain calm or adolescents preferring to meet with each other in the studio or the F3.
the entire rental covers an area of ??210 m2. All rooms in these vacation homes are fully air conditioned. Our rental can comfortably accommodate 16 to 18 people for holidays.
We do not operate a gite: the villa is rented to you in its entirety only to your family or your group, the pool and the jacuzzi are completely private.
The rental private swimming pool (9 m x 4 m), accompanied by the jacuzzi (2 m in diameter) will be a very popular relaxation area where you can alternate sunbathing and invigorating or relaxing swimming. The F3 and the studio are always rented in addition to the villa they are never rented alone, so that the swimming pool and the jacuzzi remain completely private and dedicated exclusively to your group. You will be completely at home.

The private plot of 1400 m2 offers a large play area for the youngest. Fully fenced, you can practice lazing in peace during your vacation, while the children frolic carefree in the garden of your rental.
Combined with the rental villa, there is an orchard of 4000m2 where exotic fruit trees and tropical flowers of Reunion meet, thus immersing you in a real Creole garden.

Our vacation rental is registered at the town hall of Entre-deux under the number: 97403/2010/01 and as you can see by this number, our declaration of vacation rental activity on Reunion Island dates from 2010.
For a decade we have been present on various vacation rental websites on the internet. These rental advertising sites very often display the seniority of advertisers.
The vacation rental of the traveler's tree has been classified 4 stars and labeled 4 clévacances since 2010. This classification and label of holiday accommodation is not final but can be renewed periodically by in situ visits to the bodies responsible for these classifications. Hence the application of vacation rental owners to respect the specifications of these organizations to perpetuate their vacation rental classification.
For the record, the 4 star and 4 clévacances category attests to an excellent level of comfort and since 2010 our rental has not departed from these comfort criteria.

ABOUT OUR RATES
The rates for the traveller's tree, from € 812 per week, are decreasing and depend on the number of people and the season. In general, with some adaptations, over 8 months of the year the rental price is € 32 per night and per person ((from 4 people and € 30.40 from 14 people)
Booking information
in our villas in Réunion
Most software for online holiday rental booking sites (Abritel, Airbnb, Booking, Tripadvisor ...) cannot take into account all the subtleties of our price list: decreasing price, stay for children under three years offered over the year in our rental and under five years (for rentals of 7 nights and more) in the month of June. In the traveler's tree, we pass on our rental prices, staggered arrivals and departures, holiday stays straddling two tariff seasons. it is impossible on the majority of these rental reservation sites to configure the rate for the number of people over 4 seasons. This is possible in a single season and we have 4 seasons in our rental rate grid.
It is preferable to deal directly with the owners of holiday accommodation, online payment by credit card is also possible in our vacation rental traveler's tree and you save the fees charged by direct booking sites.
In addition, the pseudo insurance offered by these online vacation rental booking sites duplicates your multi-risk home insurance that you have on your main residence and which already covers you in their "vacation clause" for any vacation rental. not exceeding 3 months. The insurance of these vacation stay booking sites may be possible if it covers vacation stay cancellations and rentals that do not comply with the advertisements. And in this case the conditions of eligibility for reimbursement of your holiday stay are extremely restrictive.
To finalize your holiday rental reservation we will sign a regulatory rental contract and general rental conditions will be annexed to it.
